On Friday, July 5, get the best view of the New Bedford harbor and the perfect spot to listen to the summer sounds, in the Harbor View Gallery at the New Bedford Whaling Museum, as we celebrate Independence Day.  This is a 21+ event, with a cash bar and complimentary lite bites. Capacity is limited, reserve early!

From the covered observation deck or the harbor view terrace, featuring unobstructed views of the waterfront, enjoy the outdoors with a cocktail and festive lite bites. Too hot? Step inside the perfectly air-conditioned Harbor View Gallery and enjoy the view from the other side of the glass walls.

Galleries on lower and main level will be open from 5:00 to 7:00 PM for all ticket buyers to explore the museum collections. The upper level will be closed until the start of the Harbor View Hooray cocktail party at 6:30 PM, ending at 9:30 PM.
