"Moby-Dick" Theatrical Performance Adapted by Tiago Patrício
Performed in Portuguese with English Subtitles
Free and open to the public

A 55-minute dramatic adaptation of Moby-Dick, performed in Portuguese with English subtitles. With the theatrical adaptation of Herman Melville’s novel, teatromosca starts a new project/trilogy based on the adaptation of novels to the stage. The aim is to explore the transforming power that voices/sounds can have in Theatre, giving multiple ways of representation and at the same time not limiting the spectator with a certain way to see/read the play/novel.
